My frame rates have also gone down but I blamed the patch/blizzard, not LS. I will run some tests tomorrow.

The speech issues with mounts appears to be because I wrote code for the Warlock and Paladin mounts to have their "Summon" text removed. This code was a re-write of the original code and, well ... I forgot to put the case where the player ISN'T using a spell mount in there. So, mount text should work for Warlocks and Paladins if they are summoning their spell mount. I need someone to test if their "Summon (name of mount)" text is just "(name of mount)" in the speech. As for your issue chaosinc ... I have no idea, unless LunarSphere is trying to access something it doesn't have yet. I moved the minimap text creation function back to the "on load" section of LS instead of "after log-in." I moved it for version 700 for some reason, and I don't remember why ... haha. tenson: I'm sure I've asked some of these before, but I'll do it again =) -What class are you playing? -What locale do you use (English, French, German, etc)? -What is your sphere text event set to? -What is your inner and outer gauge events set to? -Do you have DrDamage support turned on? -Do you have any of the GameTooltip anchor or color setting turned on (any options below "Tooltip color" in the tooltip tab)? -Around how many buttons do you have set up (including submenu buttons)? If I can create a situation similar to your setup, I might be able to see the FPS dip. My computer is nice, but I try to turn on a lot of graphic settings and some other stuff so that my FPS is cut down to 30 so I can "kinda" see the performance hit that LS takes. With everything running smoothly at 60, 80, or 90 FPS ... a 2-5 FPS drop can't be noticed. So, I run at 30 usually On a side note, and just funny on my side ... my FPS is around 28 to 29 with LS turned off. When I turn it on, it goes up to 33. Some kind of sick world I live in I guess. I have no clue how that works... ... I really need to get some extra debug options in the Debug Tab. I want to have the CPU usage for LS in there ... that would make my life easier ...

I can't reproduce the "wide tooltips" issue that you were having Exuro. I set all the tooltip options to be the same as what your screen shot showed and nadda. Are you running another tooltip addon at this time?
Unless I fixed it the other day and have no recollection of it ... that's just weird ...

I can't seem to reproduce it now either. That's weird. And no I wasn't using any other tooltip mods. At least I have the SS's to know i'm not completely crazy. It works completly fine now when the tooltip anchor is set to any of the top 3 options. After that some of them start to get a little funky, here are some pics. Also, for some reason I see no change in the tooltip behavior or look with "apply to all game tooltips" checked or unchecked.

Apply to all game tooltips is in the "Tooltip color" section. Have you tried messing with those color options? Also, could you try disabling all addons from the Debug tab and seeing if your tooltips are still funky?

With set game tooltip anchor checked, the LS tooltips still go to the game anchor place when on the mouse cursor option, so basically acting like the game tooltip location option. Mouse cursor w/ game tooltip anchor unchecked works correctly. Top of button works correctly w/ game tooltip unchecked, but w/ it checked, it does not. It doesn't even anchor to the game tooltip spot, it goes to the far left of the screen but still in line w/ the top of the ls button. Top right of button works correctly w/ game tooltip anchor unchecked, but w/ it checked, there is weird coloring. It is in the right place though. Left of button works correctly w/ game tooltip anchor unchecked, but w/ it checked, it is the same bug as top of button, except it is on the top of the screen instead of the left. more to come in a couple of min.'s

As you can see all of this testing is w/ LS being the only addon loaded. Right of button w/ game tooltip anchor checked gets the "clear tooltip" and the wrong location. Bottom left of button gets right location but clear tooltip again. Bottom of button is wrong location and clear. Bottom right is were you get the big black thing. Also it is clear tooltip, right location. more to come in a min.

The color options work just great in both cases.
So in conclusion, everything works great if you are using only the LS tooltip options. The trouble comes when you check the "set game tooptip anchor" box. All the tooltips outside of LS from say hovering over people or spells on your action bars all work great with this checked. The bugs I'm getting are from the LS button tooltips w/ this checked.
This is all w/ the normal tooltip display type though I don't think that matters. Hope this helps, lemme know if you have any more questions.

I have the opposite issue. My tooltips aren't becoming wide enough now.

I was able to reproduce the issues with the tooltip. I'll get them fixed up for this weekend and will get the patch out this weekend. I've been swamped with homework, with programming assignments clocking in at about 8-12 hours of coding time, each. I'm starting my 3rd one on Friday and it's due Friday night at 11:55pm, haha. This week has been a nightmare ...

Before I complain, would like to say - great work! Been following along (and lurking) since about Stage 2.
Either I'm doing something wrong, or I've stumbled across an odd & possibly serious bug. I've been using a combination of Bartender3 & LS, with B3 bars as my "main" bars, hotkeyed 1 to = & alt 1 to alt =. I decided to try replacing those with a couple of LS button lines, and hotkeyed them to the same settings. All fine, no problem.
Except that I deleted the LS button lines (by setting the 'Open Menu' to 'None'), and now the Bartender keybindings are not working. It's as if the LS keybindings are still valid & overwriting the Bartender ones, and since the slot is empty, nothing is happening.
(Also, on the mounts - you might have caught it for 7.01, but the Engineering mount isn't detected in scripts.)

Lunarsphere is only visible when having the folder "LunarSphereExporter" inside the addons-folder. Up to version 700 this wasn't the case (which irritated me, as I deleted both export- and import-folder up to now). Idk if this is intended; but if it IS, there should be an information to be found in the update instructions .txt or anywhere else not to delete this directory.

And I was able to resolve the conflict by editing those buttons, dropping a new spell/item in & saving. Then I went back and set it to 'None' again. Putting the new spell on the button seemed to clear the hotkey, not deleting the old one.
Perhaps add an option to 'Clear Hotkey' somewhere on the button options?

Using the default button on the Skins Tab - Sphere makes the sphere color become white, not the original gold/yellow it starts with. Same goes for the original blue of the "menu color" option under Buttons.
Besides, I miss a default button for the tooltip colors.

@bryth: You found a bug When a menu is wiped, the submenu buttons are not wiped properly. The button is wiped, but the keybinds are not. I will add the keybind wipe as well so that this is fixed. Thanks! Haggo: Due to a change I made in LS, I forced LS to use LunarSphereExporter and load it's data. In version 701, I will make sure that that folder/addon exists before forcing LS to use it. Your issue is probably LS is freaking out since it can't load the addon and an error is forcing it to not load all the way. I'll fix this up for you I assumed everyone kept that the Exporter folder, but you proved me wrong =) As for the sphere default color and the blue menu color defaults, I never finished what I was originally doing with those. The default starting sphere color will be white in the future, not gold. The gold was more of a Serenity throwback and I was using it as a color reference for Serenity. The menu color of blue will be changed to a lighter blue because I honestly think the dark blue it is looks ugly with the default starting button skin. Version 701 will have the new default colors as a part of the default button code AND the LS factory default settings. The default button was originally a part of the Tooltip Tab in the Tooltip Color section, but was removed due to size issues. I ran out of space and had to axe something. I will be adding them back when I rearrange some stuff in there and tighten it up a little bit. It will probably be a part of the LS Tooltip section and can be applied to all tooltips from there with "Apply color to all tooltips" instead of "Apply to all tooltips" so as not to confuse users =)

Okay, isolated and fixed the tooltip issues. Working on a few more things while I'm doing my homework, haha.

I haven't had any problems with the new version, but I'll keep testing it on my various toons (*sigh* I have WAY too many alts) and let you know. One item of note and this is a minor one... the new Naaru Rations provided by the Shattered Sun Quartermaster don't register on a button set to "Best Food Available" or "Best Drink Available". I remember this problem existed when the new Mana Biscuits first came out.

The rations are "special" food/water items since they can be used as both. LunarSphere won't recognize that stuff unless I manually add it. If it's just food or water, though, there's a 95% chance that LS will auto-detect it. With that said, I added the Rations to version 701. Thanks! Oh, and since they are as strong as the Manna Biscuits, but the Manna Biscuits are FREE (thanks Mages!), the Manna Biscuits should come up as more powerful than the Rations. No reason to force you to use paid items when you can use free items of the same strength

Finally managed to run all of my toons at least once on stage 7 My mage lost all the buttons/menus that were detached from the sphere and defined as hide on combat end and/or show at combat start. They are now hidden so well that they don't even reappear when i edit the buttons. And no, they aren't re-attached to the sphere either As that is the only char that has buttons defined to (dis)appear on combat start/end, it's also the only one with that problem. Also, the special food/drinks gotten in Skettis don't show up in the best food/drinks Thinking about this, first I was like "help!!!!" then I saw this as a good point of setting up my mages buttons again which I have wanted to do for some time...I haven't done it yet in case you want me to do some debugging but I haven't dared yet to get into combat either
