Welcome to the bug thread! A few house keeping tips before we begin...
PLEASE make sure you have version 715 (released 7/17/08) of LunarSphere before posting in here. Mainly because the bug you are experiencing might have already been fixed if you're using an older version.
WOW patch 2.4.2 broke LunarSphere with ONE line of code, which has been updated and fixed in version 707. If your version is older than version 707, you WILL get a loading error, and LS WILL break, and a lot of "bugs" you experience will all be related to the one single line of code that broke LS during the loading process.
Known issues with version 715 that will be fixed for version 716:
- None so far
Upcoming database repair that will be added for version 716:
- Previous versions of LunarSphere before version 713 would delete templates improperly, leading to corruption in the template database. This would cause some templates to not be saved in their correct locations, or some templates to be deleted when they shouldn't have been. Version 716 will run a one-time database repair on the templates to re-organize them in the proper order.

Wonderful! No time to test now, but I wanted to be sure I could still do my dailies when I got home. I certainly DO have a LS with piles of buttons, detached & otherwise, WITH tooltips. Excellent. Thanks for the quick fix.

Time Offset doesn't support half hour time zones, like South Australia, Australia.
I need +9.5 GMT.
This used to work, but I can't remember what has changed. Can it not just display local time instead.

I switched the time display to be based off the server instead of the local computer time ... I'll add support for the half hour stuff as well. I honestly didn't know about the half-hour zones, sorry about that

Anyone else getting disconnected when Lunarsphere and Bagnon are both running at the same time? I experienced it just after the patch but before updating to 707, and then after updating to 707. Weird thing is, everything is just fine as long as only one is running, both running and its "Disconnected from Server" and back to the login screen.
**Follow up** After updating Bagnon to 1.5.2 the problem went away. So it was just the old version of bagnon that didnt want to play nice.
Thanks for all you do Moongaze!

I don't know if this is an error or not but when I downloaded and installed 7.0.7 from 6.x all my speeches (including the ones that came with 6.x) disappeared. Did I delete them when I swapped out lunarsphere or did they not translate to the new version?

what speeches are you using?

When stage 6 of the beta started, all of the speeches were global and accessable to all characters. I don't know which version of LS you had, but I can let you know what happened with different versions of LS over time. If, after you read these (especially the 613 version notes, since that is probably what happened) and you still can't find your speeches, either they were deleted and you'll need to start over (Sorry, I try not to force people to do that, but a beta test is a beta test after all), or they still exist, but in the wrong format and LS is ignoring them. If that's the case, I can help you restore them, but I'll need some info. So, check this out then let me know:
Version 603: Introduced a new speech database that included unique IDs for each script made. This was to ensure that deleted scripts would be deleted on all characters and any new script would be passed on to all characters, when you log in. If your speech database was small or simple, this was easy and your settings were kept intact. This version would not delete any scripts, but some of the script settings (such as which channel to say it to, the odds of it displaying, etc) were reset in some instances.
Version 613: This is the big one that confused a lot of people. In the past, all speech scripts were global, so all characters could use them. This wasn't too great of an idea if you have a priest with hundreds of resurrection speeches, a mage with a ton of teleport/portal messages, warlocks with a ton of pet messages, and so on ... because your warrior would never use those speeches, but they were loaded into memory anyway. I switched this and made all speeches local to the character you make them on. This version would tie all of your speeches to the first character you logged into WOW with version 613 (or 707, since all upgrade code still exists)
Version 614 and 615: Fixed some issues with script names not converting properly from version 613. Once again, all of these fixes and updates happen in 707, since 707 has upgrade code to bring a user from 300 all the way up to 707 with every database and settings change I ever made. I do this so that users who rarely upgrade don't get screwed when they get the newest version, since a lot of stuff might have changed since then.

lothaer: Thanks, I'll look into those error codes and see what's up. As for the tooltip issue, what are your tooltip settings currently like in LS? Are you setting the default gametooltip anchor position with LS? Edit: Could you try a code edit for me? Open the moduleSpeech file and scroll down to line 290 (if you use a text editor that displays line numbers), or do a search for: for importID = 1, table.getn(db.speech) doNow, just above that line, you'll see this line: if (db) thenCould you change it to: if (db and db.speech) thenAnd see if that fixes the issue? I can't test right now, but I think it might have something to do with having existing import data and export data and, if LunarSphere finds one of them, it assumes it has a speech database (when, in fact, it might not) and is causing that issue). Thanks!

I switched the time display to be based off the server instead of the local computer time ... I'll add support for the half hour stuff as well. I honestly didn't know about the half-hour zones, sorry about that Any chance you want to go back to local time? Or an option to switch between local or time offset?

I can add support for both. It's, honestly, one line of code. The reason why I switched it to server time was because Exuro brought up a good point that server time is pretty much absolute. Most raiding groups that I see will start a raid at a specific time, server time. If the addon shows server time, or your time based upon the server time, you can stay "on-time." I know that my local time is 5--10 minutes fast so that I psychologically trick myself to think it's later than it is so that I am on time to work or school, haha. Doing local time will fix issues that people have with server time and local time being off by 30 minutes, and the same can happen if I let the slider do half numbers as well, allowing an offset of 0, 1.5, 2, 2.5, etc.. Maybe I can have both in there

Hello,
I DL'd 707...but now it won't sell the "grey Items" in my inv even though I have it selected to do so. Other than that...I have no issues with this version. Thank you for the wonderful mod and take care

Somnic: You say that you have "Auto-Sell Junk (Gray) Items" on, but what about the 3 options under it: "Don't sell non-equip items," "Don't sell weapons," and "Don't sell armor." Are those unchecked? Or, if they are checked, which ones do you have checked and what type of gray item are you trying to auto sell? I have it set to sell gray items, and I have all options unchecked and it sells everything on my end. *shrug*
