Sure: /script f=getglobal("LSsphere"); a=math.abs(f:GetAlpha()-1);f:SetAlpha(a); getglobal("LSbackground"):SetAlpha(a); getglobal("LSsphereBorder"):SetAlpha(a); getglobal("LScombatGlow"):SetAlpha(a);
Wow, that's a lot of extra baggage. You can just as easily do the following: /script LSbackground:Hide(); /script LSsphere:Hide(); /script LSsphereBorder:Hide(); /script LScombatGlow:Hide();
Not meaning to demean it, but people like simple. ;D

This is true, but try hitting your macro twice. It doesn't reappear. My macro does =P Why have two macros when you can have one? I made the macro for the sole purpose of clicking it to hide the sphere, and clicking it to show it.

Fine, be that way. Just saying, if people want to hide it without any plans to reshow it, they can do it simple. All is well in coconut fungus land!

I'm 1/3rd of the way through it. I'll probably release a patch tonight with some of the changes to address some bugs, and then keep going from there.

Sounds great. I have a suggestion for the printout of the bank feature in case you haven't added that part yet. Basically two check boxes. If none are checked, no printout. One will be printout what is withdrawn from bank. One will be printout if your bank is out of an item.

That's a good idea. I'll see what I can do. But not in the patch that's coming in a few minutes, hehe.

Version 704 is now live. Some bug fixes and some small stuff was changed. I wanted to get this one out to address some issues and prepare some things. The next patch should have more meat to it. As usual, please check the Stage 7 Changelog Thread for details of what is new/different/fixed. Thanks again!

I know you said you are adding a scroll bar to the button edit window which is a good idea, but I thought I would offer another one for fun. Make the button edit window have two tabs at the top, horizontally, as opposed to the vertical ones you have in the configuration menu. Have the stuff above the sliders in the first tab, and the sliders and beyond in the second tab. This would allow the button edit window to be cut down to half the size, like the way it was in Stage 2 or 3. Also the things you edit the most would be in the first tab which is convenient. And also it would be very easy to add more tabs in case you want to add things later. Just a thought. I like your idea as well.

The tabs will be going in, but it's more for modifiers for the buttons clicks, if and when I get around to adding them in. I was tempted to do two sets of tabs as well, one doing exactly what you described and the other is for the modifiers. I'll have to see what happens

Version 706 is now live. This version was a quick fix to address some dropdown menu issues that were breaking LunarSphere. To see what I added/changed/fixed, please check out the Stage 7 Changelog thread. Thanks!

I'm sooooo tired. My final start next week, but I had a ton of reports and projects due this week and I've been hammering away at them. I don't know about "daily" releases, but they will be more frequent once my classes end.

Version 707 is now live. I wasn't prepared to release it, so some features that I added are still, um ... not finished. Still, this is an important release because it makes LS compatible with WOW patch 2.4.2, which broke LS due to a small change in Blizzard's code (one line messed thing up, lol). So, as usual, please read the "Stage 7 Changelog" thread for details on what I added/changed/fixed. Thanks again!

Sorry for the long delay. Between taking care of a friend for a few days who had all four of their wisdom teeth pulled, finals, crazy job searching, and other fun stuff that no one cares about ... I am finally releasing version 708. This version fixes some bugs and changes a few things. Nothing really big right now, but I didn't want people to wait any longer. As usual, please check the Stage 7 Changelog thread for details of what I added/changed/fixed. Thanks again!

Well, I guess I should let people know what I'll be working on for a little bit ^_^ This is pretty much the final list of things to do before LunarSphere goes public. If there was a suggestion made in the past and I said I would add it before the public release, but it is not on this list, the simple reason is that this beta has been going on for a long time and I really need to finish it up. Almost 14 months of just this project ... heh ... I think I might need a vacation ^_^ Nonetheless, if it is not on this list, it will be on the "coming soon" features for after the public release. Final features to be added- Each menu button will have the ability to assign how the menu will open. There will also be a button called "Assign to all menu buttons" which will copy the setting to all menu buttons, so you don't need to manually set each one. These options will also have a delay feature, so if you click the menu button to open and set a delay, after [delay] seconds, the menu will auto-close. Otherwise, you click it to close. The options will include:
- Click to open/close
- Mouseover to open/close
- Always open
- Sphere Text/Gauges: Item Count. Specify the item to track, specify the max that you care about (for percentage display or gauge display)
- Button tab fleshed out with:
- Vivid button settings moved here
- Ability to set the scale of all menu buttons with one setting
- Ability to set the scale of all submenu buttons with one setting
- Global cooldown settings move here
- Cooldown display options (Text, text color, button art effects, shines)
- DrDamage support moved here
- Keybind display settings moved here
- Update memory usage statistics for each feature of LunarSphere (some have changed, even if only a little bit)
- Sphere text/gauge events - More of them, but I can't specify what new ones, since I haven't finalized the list
- Templates for every class. I'm actually making a lot of the templates right now with a little tool I created, so they shouldn't take too long...
Features that MIGHT make it in before public release, but probably won't and may have to wait until after public release:- FPS, Latency status button types and sphere text/gauge events
- Druid mana tracker event for sphere text/gauges (to know how much mana your non-shapeshift form has while you are in a shapeshift form)
- Energy tick sphere text/gauge event (similar to 5 second rule, but for energy)
- Gauge mark skin support. This is something really crazy and I'm not even sure it will work well. It will support 1-32 marks, with one small art file ... and it will look cool ... but might also look lame. I have to run tests to see what it looks like before I make my decision.
- Speech tag: <delay:n> where n represents an amount of seconds to wait before the speech is displayed. Useful for summoning a pet RPing, where you start summoning ("Here boy! Come her my little imp!"), and the next line has a 3-4 second delay ("Good boy! Here's a piece of baby sealion flesh. Goooood boy!") for when it finally appears. Other uses could be found, of course ...
- Ability to pull items from the bank with the reagent restock area. So, if you always want to have at least 10 healing potions and you visit a vendor that sells them, you will buy them, as usual. Or, you can visit your bank and it will take them from your bank to top you off.
That's about it. Oh, and I'll be changing the scroll bar in the button settings window to scroll the entire window, instead of just the menu options. I dislike the way it looks right now Oh, and lastly, the LunarAddons website. I've been adding content to it over the past few days, but it still isn't ready. That is something I'll be working on as well during this time
