I did a quest at Wintergarde Keep yesterday (forgot the name of the quest), but it gave me limited bird mobility, mostly used to probably get an intro to the vehicle system.
However, since I disabled all of my action buttons, gryphons, charatcter buttons, bag buttons, etc, due to your mod, and I put LunarSphere where all that used to be, the vehicle interface threw itself right ontop of Lunarsphere! (that was a long sentence, did that make sense?)
The other thing I noticed, too, was that the Veehicle interface also uses the pet buttons. Being a Warlock player, I turned 10 of my buttons into pet control buttons, so I saw the duplicate from the vehicle interface and the pet interface.
So, the suggestion is more like a question, what can we do about the vehicle interface? For those with pet buttons, that's an easy work-around, just use the pet buttons. For people using LS without pets, that could be a sudden culture-shock.

I kinda hate the vehicle interface because it's so in your face ... and I will probably add the ability to hide it if people want, but that leads us to the next issue which is the buttons. If they are hidden, people won't know what to press and what to do unless they have pet buttons also set up. ... I just don't know. I'm interested in suggestions though.

Put the ability to remove the vehicle interface with the disclaimer that you should have pet buttons somewhere Some other addons will re-configure "bar 1" when you have an interface like that, but in LS, what is "bar 1"?

Heh, there is no bar 1 in LS But, this is pushing me even closer to wanting to add "action bar button" button types that basically show whatever would normally be in the action bar slot, be it your action bar, the bonus action bar that pops from questing, or vehicles. The disclaimer is good... maybe I'll do that.

Does every bonus action bar use the Pet bar?

I don't think so. This is a special case because it's a "pet" that you control (even though it's a vehicle, it's still a pet) ... and since you can't have a pet while in a vehicle, it just uses the pet interface or something. I haven't looked into it much, to be honest.

Would it be possible to add an extra, normally invisible, on/off-toggleable (weird word ;D ) 10 button bar, that pops up as the blizzard bar does and is auto-populated with the appropriate spells?
In that case, you could suppress the blizzard bars completely, people using a pet bar or having the buttons assigned (as warlocks or hunters) wouldn't have another bar popping up and all other could have a LS-adjusted pre-populated bar.

Take a look at Dominos for the way he implements it. In the main settings panel for Dominos, there's a popup for selecting which action bar is the "possess" bar. So whenever you become a zombie (back in pre-wotlk invasion event), do Chess in Kara, or do any of the myriad wotlk quests that give you control of some entity other than yourself, it replaces the action bar of your choosing with the action bar for the vehicle/creature that you are now controlling. So, perhaps LunarSphere could simply allow for designating one of the main sphere buttons to be the root of this possession bar. Whenever you are in control of something, LS could display a special action bar for the entity you are controlling rooted at this particular button. It would completely replace whatever was there and would require separate keybindings, but using a default of ctrl-1 through ctrl-0 would be desirable. I've been struggling with wotlk using only LS, but it's difficult to get it working (for me at least). So, I have reverted back to using Dominos as my possession bar. I manually enable just this one bar whenever I'm doing something that requires it. Also, Dominos does a decent job of completely hiding that huge vehicle panel that appears. I don't know why, but in certain cases when using only LS, the vehicle bar would show up. At other times it wouldn't. Not sure what was going on, but using dom makes it go away forever. I suppose these Vehichle controls are a special case that has to be addressed by all action bar addons. What a pain, right?
