Hey Moon,
This is not really new, as you've replied before, but I would really like to see this feature, if it's not too much trouble.
1. Movable button: I can check the menu to always allow moving of the main sphere, but would it be possible to also have another "check" for always allowing me to move the buttons/sub-menus after they're detached from the sphere?
What I'd like to do is create a bunch of buttons/sub-menu for daily quest items.
2. Is it possible to add a feature to allow "mouse-over" to open the menu instead of click-open?
3. Is it possible to add more than 10 sphere button/sub-menus? I'm trying to add an "autobar" feel to LS and would like to add more of my own categories.

1. Movable button: I can check the menu to always allow moving of the main sphere, but would it be possible to also have another "check" for always allowing me to move the buttons/sub-menus after they're detached from the sphere? So, after you detach one of the main buttons around the sphere (a menu button in this case), you want to also be able to separate one of the 12 buttons that are attached to that menu button, correct? While I see this as a good idea, I'm afraid that I might have to decline this suggestion because of my response to #3. Read on, you'll see why Yes, it is possible. I just haven't gone back to the actual buttons and started adding features to them. This is one of the features I will add, along with "always open" so that you can never click it to close it (by accident) ... essentually creating a 13 button action bar, especially if detached from the sphere. It is possible and is something I plan to do. Basically, this is what I have in mind: 1) User can "spawn" a button from LunarSphere. This will be a free-floating button that you can drag anywhere. 2) This button will be the same as the other "main" buttons, so it can also pop out a menu. The difference is that you can set the menu to have 1 to 12 submenu buttons. By using this idea, you can spawn a few buttons for your quest items or whatever else you want and create a menu out of each one and just fill it all up. This can essentually accomplish what you asked out of #1. Also, I do plan to have a few display options for the submenu buttons. Ideas include a "square/rectangle" display (6x2, 4x3, 3x4, or 2x6 display) and an arc display (have the buttons move out in an arc path). This will let you organize the submenu buttons in a different layout to help fit your needs. ... #2 will be implimented before the public release of LunarSphere. The #3 idea, however, might not make it in until after the public release. Sooo ... those are my thoughts on the matter. Does that help answer your questions, or at least satisfy your suggestion ideas?

Ok. First, as always, great mod, and thanks for the detail reply!
I wasn't actually looking to move "every" button under the menu after detaching them from the sphere.
I was only looking for a way to freely move my buttons (containing sub-menus) around w/o selecting the "edit" option.
Ok, to rephrase, I'd like the same function as moving the sphere freely applied to the menu buttons (after detached), w/o having to select "edit".
Sorry for not being clear earlier.

Ah, I see what you're saying. Well, I suppose I can add "Move detachable buttons" to the drop down and the LunarSphere settings window. If this is checked, users can drag the buttons around without needing to check "Edit Buttons." That's what you want, correct?

Actually, I think you found a bug. The original code was supposed to let the user drag the detached buttons when the "Move sphere/buttons" option was on, but I put in code to prevent it from working on a detached button UNLESS "Edit mode" was on. Now, that check will not be counted and you will be able to drag menu buttons that are detached while the "Move sphere/buttons" option is on.

As a variation to this, and it would come under your #3 item I guess. Would it be possible to set a button to accept 'dragged' items, without edit mode being on? Reason for this, being that you can then drag quest items straight to a button. Quest items tend to be single quest, so you find yourself adding and removing these buttons a lot (or is that just me ) And the items you've mentioned sound UI changing for me!

I might be able to let the buttons accept dragged items with a feature. The reason why I was against the idea originally was because of the combat lockdown. I guess I could just decline the drag during combat I'll throw in an option ... somewhere ... that will let you do this. It will probably be an option that affects all buttons on the sphere, not specific ones. It's easier that way, haha

LoL. Thanks so much for the support, Moon.
I didn't realize that it was a "bug", just thought that the feature wasn't enabled yet.
Thanks for looking at this!!
