When the option to change the angle that the menu opens is not on, the buttons are setup to open like this on some of them to make room for everything (which is perfect):
M = Main menu button, O = subemenu button
__OOOOOOOOOO M
But when turning on the angle option this functionality disappears making many menu buttons unusable if using the angle option on all buttons since they will now overlap quite alot, meaning the above example now look like this:
M OOOOOOOOOO
What is needed is for another option that makes it possible to offset the menu buttons in relation to the main button. For example:
Offset: +1 will give:
__OOOOOOOOOO M
Offset: -1 will give:
M __OOOOOOOOOO
Offset: 0 will give:
M OOOOOOOOOO

I will be adding offsets, I just didn't get around to it with this version. The next version will probably have it.

I have a similar suggestion that I was going to post, but figured I'd rather not make a new topic since it's so close.
Instead of an "offset", make it so that you can set two angles per menu button. The first will decide which direction the menu anchor (the first button in the menu) appears at, while the second will determine the direction the menu flows. For example:
Setting a initial angle of 90 with a secondary angle of 0 would look like:
OOOOO M
But you could also have an initial of 180 with a secondary of 90 to make:
O O O O O O M
I don't know how easy or difficult this would be to code, so if you choose not to implement it I won't be upset. But this way you could set it to look nice for all buttons, no matter where on the sphere they are.

The purpose of the offsets is to allow the user to do what you want with the angle idea, as well as allow the user to click a menu button and have the submenu appear somewhere far from the sphere, like the side or bottom of the screen. Although this probably won't be used by many people for that purpose ... so the menu position angle, like you suggested, might work better (and would be easier to edit). I'll look into that
