Currently we can list reagents and they will be restocked any time we hit a vendor that sells the reagent in question. Can we have reagents also restock as we hit our own bank? If so the, I could specify a stack size for things like sharpening stones, heal potions etc, and as I hit the bank extras would be dumped in the bank, or deficits would be made up from the bank.
I don't know how popular this would be, but personally, as a swiftness potion, stone statue, sharpening/weightstone, health/mana potion, AD biscuit user who keeps refills in the bank it would be GREAT.

There has been some talk a while ago about the ability to "tap off," so to say, from the bank as well. I'll look into this idea and when I get around to adding it, I'll have an option in the Reagents tab called something like "Restock from Bank" which will scan the bank when you visit it as well. ... that will be interesting when the Guild Bank system is released soon by Blizzard. I'm sure they will distinguish between BANK and GUILD BANK with some API calls or event names, but if they don't, it's gonna suck.
