I've been unable to find any info on this, so I'll ask here: Is there an option (or is one being planned for?) to allow the user to set a pre-defined action on right-clicking a button of the addon?
AKA, I set up a submenu containing conjure water and conjure food. I would then like to tell the addon that right-clicking the menu-button (which currently does zilch) should us e a macro that makes me use the conjrued water and food.
Or that right-clicking my menu with proffessions will make me use Disenchant or Find Herbs.
A suggestion (which should be rather fast to implement) would be to simply make the far-right button in each menu red (or some other color, to signify that it's different) the macro/spell/item that right-clicking the menu button uses.
Apart from that, awesome addon, finally something that can replace the outdated Arcanum (although, I still need to find out how to make a macro that automatically creates the best managem that I don't have in my bags >.<)

All the buttons have the ability to be assigned a left, middle, or right click action. You can do it one of two ways: 1) Pickup a spell/item/macro and move it somewhere on the screen (not on LS or where you picked it up) and then release your mouse button. Your spell/item/macro should still be attached to the mouse cursor. Now, move the mouse to the button you wish to set the action to and click with the button you want to assign it to (i.e., left click will set it as the left-click action, middle click is the middle-click action, etc). This would be considered the fast method for people who just want to assign spells, items, or macros, and don't care about assigning special button types.2) Assign a spell/item/macro to a button by the above "click-to-pickup, click-to-drop" method or just a "drag and drop" method. Now, hold ALT and click any mouse button on a button you wish to edit. A new window will appear, where you can visually see and assign the left-middle-right click options by dragging stuff to the assignment boxes (right of the dropdowns) or selecting special button types from the dropdowns. When finished, hit SAVE. There is a thread available that talks about this functionality, found here: Info: Assigning Left-Middle-Right Buttons. Hope this helps
