I was just thinking how I could place LunarSphere near the screenborder and at the same time get to it easy with the mousepointer. At the moment I'm having it just under my characters body and that is because when I put it at the bottom of my screen it sometimes is troublesome to get down to it to use those spells/trinkets fast enough. Anyway, for me it is easier to move sideways with ease even if the mousepointer is "out of phase" (that is having the mouse itself far down while the pointer is far up for example). When it's "out of phase" horizontally it's not as much as a problem.
So my question is: Is there too much work involved in having an option to expand the menu buttons horizontally instead of vertically as it is now so that I can place it on the right side instead?

I'm trying to imagine what exactly you're asking. Do you mean having the menus open up vertically instead of the horizontal way it is now: Horizontal opening (as it is now) Vertical opening (if this is what you mean) Is this what you're asking about?

It will be nice if you will add menu opening direction as button option.

I probably will. I'll probably let the user set an angle and the menu will pop out at that angle. We'll see.

Yes Moongaze, that's exactly what I meant. And I who thought I made myself perfectly clear. ;D I never learn to be more describing than I think is needed.
*edit* Oh, noticed I wrote the other way round with horizontally/vertically in the first post. *edit*

Sorry for resuscitating this thread, but I won't open a new one as this seems to fit ... Would it be possible for the children buttons to have an offset? For example to open/close a menu using the button circled around the sphere and having the menu itself opened on the other side of the screen? I suggest this because I like the look of having the sphere itself on the bottom right side of the screen; but in that case the right buttons of the sphere would be more or less wasted (which also might be a "problem" on button-excessive classes).

That is something I can look into as well.
