I am looking for an addon for a raid leader, or master looter, basically.. Any help would be appreciated, and I will attempt to explain what it is I am looking for to the absolute best of my abilities. I am soon to be a raid leader, and I am used to Master Looting the loot that drops, my guild and raiders seem to trust me for my judgment and long experience in this game.. Nonetheless, I was looking for an addon to maybe make my life a bit easier with the looting system. I am looking for an addon that could help me see the rolls from people of the specific class(es) that the item is for.. (Ex: If a T7 piece for Paladin, Priest, and Warlock drops. I'd like it to only show the rolls of the classes the item is for).. If it had a configurable options for other items, such as one-handed swords, or such.. Basically something that just makes my Master Looting a bit easier, to avoid mix-ups and mistakes. Thanks in advance if there is anything that you can do to help me.. ~Neph

Seems like an easy enough addon to make. I'm not sure if this type of addon exists already, but I'll look into it. If not, it sounds like something that I might do one of these days. Or maybe someone else who reads this can do it =)

Thanks much for the help! ~Neph

There are a few addons that do something like this, but they do not filter out the rolls by class. Here's one example which might be nice: www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info11632-RollTracker.htmlI can imagine two things one could do to this addon to make it better: 1) Add check boxes, one for each class, that will filter the results for a roll. i.e., after everyone rolls and it's a priest item, uncheck all but the priest box and there you go, you got just priest rolls. 2) Or, a little nicer, color every name based upon class, or have a class icon next to the name, that way you don't need to filter, just look at the highest rolls and go down the list till you see someone that matches your criteria and assign that way. This addon can be a starting point for you. If this is something that you like, but you would like the class specific features I mentioned in #1 and/or #2, I might be able to edit it for you to do this. I don't know about making the addon automatically determine what class the item should go to, since sometimes you can't really tell unless you know stats of items and what class would benefit ... and I sure don't know any of that, haha.

That would very perfect! I wouldn't want this addon to automatically do anything, I would want the configuration option, which is what #2 would do.. I would greatly appreciate the help if you would be able to help me implement the features of either class icons and/or class colours of each roll. Just showing the class colours in the roll display would be absolutely perfect, I could just look and see it then, or even the icons.. Although the #1 is just as nice, I am doing this manually seeing as I am doing master looting so all loot will be distributed by hand, the manual part of choosing which class would specifically use it via checking a box would not be a hassle in the slightest. If you wouldn't mind, I would definitely appreciate the help that you would offer me in changing the code to implement those changes if you could, both #1 and #2 are exactly what I am looking for, so if you wanted I would be more than grateful if you could help me, which ever option is easier on you would be equally useful and extremely appreciated. Thank you very much, again. Thanks SO much! ~Neph

www.lunaraddons.com/RollTracker_3.0.3.zipThat version is modified with the following stuff: 1) Class colors are applied to the names. 2) Instead of coloring the names of people who rolled more than once pink, they are now dark gray, so they don't stand out. Hope this helps for now. It was a quick edit and a few lines of code, so this is the best I can offer right now. Although I do like this idea and might expand upon it in the future and make a better version with more bells and whistles =) So yeah, hope you like it!

Whoops, my upload had the wrong version. I corrected it. If you happened to download 30 minutes before this post, you might want to grab it again.

Thank you so much, this works perfectly. I can finally see who is rolling for what and what class they are without too much effort. My appreciation is almost limitless, thank you so much. ~Neph

I'm back! I was curious seeing as you are absolutely amazing if you could help me again? I'm looking for another addon.. Basically, a reminder addon, because we have very absent minded players in my groups, but they are still good players.. I am looking for an addon that will remind them when they enter a group/raid to repair their gear (such as a small pop-up, like the welcome screen on LunarSphere).. That'd be awesome. You're the best, and I hate being so annoying by asking for so much, but you have absolutely helped me so much in the past. Thanks again if you help me, which I am sure you will. ~Neph

/raidwarning Repair your gear! >.> <.< ^_^ I can probably make such an addon in a little bit. It would only require a few lines of code... Check back in a couple days and you'll probably see a link to the download.

(I'm not always in the group with the people, so they don't always have me there to hold their hands. ) You have the eternal thanks from the absent minded people from my guild. Thank you so much, again. ~Neph
