Hi! I don't know if i'm doing something wrong, but since i reinstalled my Lunar Sphere on my other computer, i lost all my speeches! I copied the WTF folder only in the process, should have i copied something else for it to work? Is there any way to get the speeches back? Installing newer versions, like 810, didn't help Also, I don't know if it's something i miss, but i can only see the Hunter template, even with the 810 version. Keep up the good work, i'm addict to your addon cannot play without it loll. Seriously, it's a wonderful addon that combines many others and more useful than i would have dreamed.

So, you just copied the entire WTF folder? Not single folders inside it? Some people have had issues with this, and I have never actually tried to simulate a new install of WOW with a copy of an old WTF folder. I'll try that tonight and see if I can come up with anything.
As for the templates, you only see the template for the class you are currently logged in as. If you are logged in as a Hunter, you will see the Hunter and the Generic templates. If you log in with a Mage, you'll see the Mage and Generic template. Is this what you're doing? Or did you log into a Mage or Priest or whatever other class and not see the associated template for that class?
I made it so templates only show for the class you are playing. I found it a little odd to try and load a Mage template on a Priest, since, well ... it won't work. If you want a template to be available for all classes though, simply save a template and when it asks for the class to save it as (Either your current class, or "any" class), pick the "any" class option.
I guess that's all I can say for now. I'll try the WTF folder thing tonight, though =)
Also, your speeches, unless you made them global, are linked to the character you made them with. That's the case for all speeches. Is there a chance that you are loading LS on a character that you never had LS on?

Oh, I should mention, in case people don't know: The saved variables file for a character are linked to the Account Name and Server the player played on. Therefore, if I copied my WTF folder with my account name "ABC" and I try to play on an account named "123" ... the LS settings will not be carried over since they do not exist for the "123" account. Check inside the WTF folder to see if your account name is correct. Also, LOCAL settings to a character will be saved, obviously, to that character ... so if your character was played on server "Apple" and you server transfered to "Orange" ... your character's settings will not exist. ... that's all I could see with the WTF folder initially, I haven't loaded it up yet ... will do that later tonight

First, i'm really dumb. I double-checked, and the two characters on whom i checked for the profiles were hunters... my mistake. And a really stupid one for that matter!
Also, i'm not sure anymore if I copied the whole WTF folder (which I believe) or only WTF -- My account name -- My main character one. But the speeches were on my main on the laptop, and now that i'm on the pc they're gone. I modified the whole sphere since then (turned 80, change a lot of things) and don't really want to start all over again. Is there a way to get the speeches back without losing my new template? To answer your question more clearly, it's the same toon, the same server all and all, the speeches weren't checked 'global'. Only the computer changed.
Is there a way to 'import' those speeches from somewhere?
Thanks a lot and sorry if i'm being dumb or something!

Typically, you would export your speeches within LS and the load them via the export file, but if you didn't make that file, there is only one other option which will require editing some of your files ... if you feel comfortable copying and pasting some text, I'll give you the instructions I'll be home later tonight and can provide those instructions then.

Now, there's a strange thing.
I created another character and oh, miracle, all my speeches were there! So I just had to check 'global' and problem solved!!!
But I saw a little bug in the last version, and don't know if this been reported. I use the 'use random epic flying mount' tool, but it keeps choosing non-epic ones. Nice upgrade tough!

This has been mentioned in the Bug thread and I have a work around for the non-epic mount issue if you want to edit a file, or you can wait for the 811 version Thanks! I'll look into the speech thing. It is odd that it happened that way and there might be a setting in a "new" setup that prevented you from seeing the old speeches. I'll keep looking around
