Speech is supported for any spell that you specify, in the speech settings tab of the speech you are modifying, or a generic type that can be selected from the dropdown list. Mounts can be set using the generic type "mount" "flying mount" or "ground mount" so that it will trigger on all mounts, flying mounts only, and ground mounts only, respectively. For portals, you will need to drag each portal you want it to fire on into the action assignment list box.
I hope that helps you out? Let me know if that doesn't help or if it is not working.

I'm having a issue with the Speech-tab tho...
I wanna use it for some of my items when used, like drums. But i don't know how i have to write to make it recall on every drum i have (since there are like 4-5 available drums) in a single speech. I tried <item>, but didn't work.

Try <spell> ... when you use an item, it actually casts a spell, so that should catch it. However, the spell might be different than the item name ... but that's it for now. I want to add a <item> tag eventually, but I need to get a good way set up for grabbing a currently used item
