If you have Paintshop, this will help you to make a TGA file for the skin. If you don't have Paintshop, I don't really know how to go about it with another editor ...
1) Create a new 64x64 image in PS with RGB mode for the colors
2) Paste your image you want for the skin in this box. Remember that this will be a CIRCLE in the game, so the top left and right sections, and bottom left and right sections will be hidden...
3) Use the "Select Circle" option and click the top-left of the picture and drag to the bottom right of the picture and release. You now have a selected circle that should fit within the 64x64 square of the circle
4) Here's the important part. Depending on your window setup, you might not have this part showing. So, go to the "Window" menu and click on "Show Channels" to view the channel layout (typically, this is the box where "Layers" can be seen). Near the bottom of that Channel window there is an icon for creating a "New Channel." Click that and you will now have a new channel added, probably called "Alpha 1"
5) With the circle still highlighted in your image, and the "Alpha 1" channel currently selected, grab the pure white color and fill the circle in (You now have a white circle that's on a black background. The circle should have its edges touching the edges of the image). The WHITE part is the part you will see in the game that is 100% opaque, the BLACK is the part that will be hidden with 100% transparency. This is not the IMAGE you will see, just the "pixels that will be drawn on the screen" ... as a simple way to explain it.
6) On your "Channels" window, click the "RGB" channel so that you will be editing the image and no longer the alpha channel. Also, make sure that the "Alpha 1" channel is checked (basically, the RGB channels and alpha channel are checked so you can see what part of your picture will be visible). You don't NEED to do this, but it helps so you can see what things look like.
7) Save the file as a TGA file, and when PS asks for the type of TGA file, make sure you select 32-bit (32-bit saves the RGB data (24-bit) and the alpha channel (the other 8 bits)).
8) Copy new TGA file into the LunarSphereImports folder.
9) Start WOW (If it was already running, close it and turn it back on)
10) Go to the LunarSphere Settings window and go to the Skins tab
11) Click import, specify that it's a sphere skin, and in the text box, type the name of the file you want to load (such as, "girlfriend" or "girlfriend.tga") and click OK/import.
That should work and you should be able to see the image in your skin list and be able to use it. I hope that helps out ... ?

You can use this same method for making any other graphics you wish to import into the game using other mods, such as KGPanels or eePanels. Just be aware that all imported images must have pixel dimensions that are a power of 2: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 124, 256, 512, 1024, etc. The height and width of the image can be different from each other, but each must be one of those above numbers.
