You should add an option to the amount of reagents: "at least" and "at most" in respect to reagents that can be bought in stacks of five (or even more) only.
Here a little example: I would like to have 20x[Purified Draenic Water] in my inventory, but not more because more than 20 would occupy one more inventory slot (at most 20). So when I have 17x[Purified Draenic Water] I do NOT want LS to auto-buy more as it can be bought in stacks of five only so I would end up with 23x[Purified Draenic Water] occupying two inventory slots. So with the new suggested options LS could respect those limits.
I hope I made my 'problem' clear...

The old Serenity mod had a feature similar to that... At least i think it was Serenity... I used so many of those mods...
What it allowed to set was an over purchase option... where you could set it to allow for purchase over the amount you had set in the inventory....

There are some changes that I'm making to the auto buy function, and this idea would be easy to add as well. I could add a checkbox that says: "Use buy amount as a maximum to have on-hand" or something to that effect. This would make the auto-buyer do a quick check to see if the purchase will cause the amount of the reagent (due to a stack) to go over the cap set. So, in your example, if you have 17 water, it would not buy. If you had 15 water, it would go to 20. If you have 14 water, it will go to 19.
I'm also going to add the "purchase multiplier" feature so LunarSphere doesn't buy one item on each loop, but rather, buys as much as it can (usually up to 20) per purchase. This will cut down on server lag you experience, and make it faster all together.
