Howdy
I have figured out how to make my menus, but I have a question. How do I make the first item in the menu usable? Seems a waste of space to have a "title" menu item.
Cheers!

The 10 main buttons can be converted into menu buttons so that each will have 12 more buttons that pop out. In order for the user to open or close the menu, one of the clicks (left, middle, or right) MUST open and close the menu, otherwise it wouldn't function. Each button has left, middle, and right click support as well. If you are the type of player who likes to cast spells with only the left mouse button, make the menu button open with the middle or right mouse button and set the left mouse button action to something else, such as a spell or item. Some people have the menus open with the middle or right mouse button and set the menu to auto-open when you mouse over it, that way they don't even need to click anything to open or close the menu. I'm not sure if you made the menu with the shortcut of ctrl-clicking the button while in Edit Button mode, or if you just clicked the button and selected "Open Menu" from the list of actions a button can have. Some people don't know about the "Open Menu" option in the dropdown list of click actions, so I just want to make sure you know about it as well Of course, you can also click a button while in Edit Button mode to bring up the Button Settings window which will let you modify a lot of stuff about the button as well. ... I hope this helps to answer your question. If I was actually off-topic and talking about something else completely different, I'm sorry. If you're talking about the tooltip display, I leave the "Open Menu" command in the tooltip to remind the user how to open the menu. I have considered adding an option to suppress this information if the user is very much comfortable with their setup ...

I usually configure my right click for the button to be the "Last Used Menu Button" and then change the image to be what is on the right click. That way if I need to use the same button again I don't need to open the menu. And having the image there tells me which button I used last.
