I decided to start this thread in order to track the errors easier for Moongaze.

I uploaded one more for ya! This time, the TOC version number is also changed, so you'll be able to tell if you grabbed the right one.
I also *might* have killed the bug. It was looking at a variable with the name itemRarety ... but it needed to be itemRarity (names were wrong, so part of the data wasn't there, thus, a nil value).
One more go, yeah? ;D

Ok no errors as per say but if you conjure food after loading the sphere it doesn't pick it up. Or at least I couldn't get the debug to show it without logging out and logging back in or reloading the UI. Also do you think for the sphere text you could add an Ammo count?

There is a circle in the top middle of the screen with the numbers 30/9993 on it. It can't be dragged. Any suggestions? should I reload the UI?

Bug that was emailed to me:
"my rage as a bear works great until after a battle, and as soon as battle is over and or rage drains, the sphere isn't detecting the drop and says im still at like 34 % for example."

larania: Yeah, the item detection only checks stuff that is on your character at start-up. I haven't added the bag-update code yet, because I wanted to make sure it detected the proper items first before making more progress on the item module. I would hate to do all this work and then have it for nothing if it doesn't work on someone else's computer / server. But, if some people are telling me that the items are detected properly at start-up, that's good news and I can add the update code in the next stage =) kaellan: Yeah, that would be the left over code that I didn't comment out before releasing the beta. You can't do anything with it, so I'm going to disable it in a patch later this week, maybe tomorrow. Till then ... you'll have to ignore it. Or, you can type this in your chat box: /script getglobal("LunarMenuButton0"):Hide(); The above script code should work, but I haven't tested it because I can't log into my account right now (there was an issue with my credit card being invalid because I forgot to update the payment screen with my new card number ... so I might not be able to log in till tomorrow).

Oh and I did notice that the Underspore Pod from the Everlasting Underspore trinket item, which is a combination food and drink doesn't show up in the list.

Yeah, the combination food/drink items are a little tough to recognize using my method, as they cast different spells than a food or drink item. I don't think there are a lot of those types of items in the game, so I'll need a list of any that are found or any that people know of so that I can grab their spell and add it to the search =) Thanks for identifying one of them for me

I was hoping that I wouldn't see that error. I thought I got rid of it in my own testing...
That bug likes to pop up on Tuesday for some reason, most likely because it's the day after server reboot and the mod might be trying to find an item that the server hasn't "seen" yet (don't know how, considering the stuff I search for is sold on vendors or automatically on the player) *sigh*
I added another line of code to hopefully fix the issue, but we won't know until next Tuesday if it works ... I'll upload the new version in a day or two, after I add a few more features. For now, you shouldn't get that error when you log in. It usually only happens once (which is why I *hate* that bug*)
Thanks for notifying me of that bug! It's kinda random, but it's good to know it's there (instead of it staying hidden, which would suck =)

Hey just found the mod and love the concept. Been looking for a customizable sphere button mod for a while.
However I downloaded the latest version and it seems that it won't save the button what spells are placed there between game sessions.
I noticed you said this bug had been worked on and thought I would report that it has resurfaced.

I'll have to read my posts and make sure I didn't say that the save feature is there (yet). That's something that Stage 2 will have, and I haven't been able to release it yet ;D If you found it in the "Button" section of message board, that's just letting people know what they *will* do when I'm done, hehe. Thanks for keeping me up-to-date. I'm still hoping for the start of Stage 2 this weekend (probably late Saturday or early Sun, we'll see), and we'll get to poke around more with the button setups. Welcome to the testing team!

I don't recall seeing this error but if it has already been posted, then I blame my general lack of caffination as well as getting ready to board a cruise ship for Alaska (w00t?).
When I move LunarSphere away from the default location (off to the side somewhere) and then open up options and in the Sphere tab change the Sphere scale, LunarSphere jumps back to its default location (completely hiding my gloriously beautiful head) and that, my friends, is a crime against elfmanity.
I detect no other problems with version at this time (downloaded today at 9:30am PST on 5/25/2007).

Yeah, I center the sphere when you resize it, so it doesn't accidently go WAY off the screen if you have the sphere located on the right side of the screen and scaling it up. I hope to finish some anchoring code that will make it grow in place, without the re-centering. For now, you'll just need to re-drag it when finished, ;D
