The sphere will have two gauges that go around the sphere. Each gauge can be colored to any color the user wants, or be the default color assigned based upon the type of gauge it is. The type of events they will monitor are:
The Experience and Reputation gauges can be the full "level" of progress (i.e., 81% through level 47) ... or it can be per bubble (20% through bubble 17 of level 47). I sometimes gauge my play time or how much I've accomplished by trying to clear a bar of experience. Or a bar of rep if I'm rep grinding. This will make it easier to gauge.
Here are four examples of the gauges at work. The sphere has settings for showing no marks in the gauge, 5 marks (20% per mark, or 1 per combo point), 10 marks (10%), and 20 marks (5%, or one bubble of rep or exp =)
You'll be able to change the marks to suit your needs. There probably won't me more or less marks though. Either 0, 5, 10, or 20.
Although it doesn't show in a screen shot (not animated) ... the gauges are not made up of 16 or 32 images, each representing a part of the bar being full. No, these gauges will fill, in real-time. There will be a setting to make the growth instant (if you lose 30% of your life in one hit, the gauge will just show your new percentage), or over time (if you lost 30% of your life, it will constantly drop 1-2% every frame of animation, showing an animated decline in life, much like a video game =)
- Health (green)
- Mana (blue)
- Energy (yellow)
- Combo Points (white)
- Rage (red)
- experience (purple)
- experience per bubble (purple)
- reputation (orange)
- reputation per bubble (orange)
- 5 second rule for spells (teal)
- custom item/spell cooldown (gray?)
