Hey Moon, Not sure if this would be feasible but I was wondering if you ever considered the following.
You give us great freedom with respect to how buttons are created and placed, more so than just about any other mod out there. However, I was wondering if the following would work-
Make a setting on every "main button" that allows child buttons to be placed anywhere. Do you know what I mean? As of right now, the most we can do is pull away a whole "line" of buttons if we hit "detach from sphere" on the main button. I'd like to be able to pull away from that line, as well (whether or not it is attached to sphere). Of course, the "open and close menu" toggle on a particular parent would also hide the child buttons.
I'm not sure if this would be a ton of work or not, but I noticed that when when trying to set up Lunar Sphere as my sole ActionBar addon, this would really be beneficial.
Thanks.

This feature might make it in after the public release. There is a bug in the current version that will let you do exactly that, until you open up the buttons for editing ... then it will just re-attach everything. It involves swapping a "detached" main button with a submenu button. The submenu button will also detach at that point, but that is not intended and tomorrows upload will kill that bug. I would need to change a good amount of my anchoring code to work properly with separate submenu buttons being dragged around. While I could just let the user drag a button around, as soon as you enter edit mode and exit out of edit mode, all button anchors are reapplied with my current code. It's a good idea though, and I want to allow it at some point. I'm pretty much focused on getting the public release out the door before I can start working on all the extra features people want. Some people are lucky and their ideas are appearing quickly, since some ideas only need 1-2 lines of code, maybe 5 at the max. This one, though, would need a lot more

Using DFM with LS is great for moving and positioning buttons until Moon adds this feature.
