Someone else also mentioned this type of issue to me, and it was related to a spell being on cooldown O.o. I thought it was a fluke since no one else mentioned it, but it looks like others have seen it. I'm not sure if the issue still exists for hawaiianghost, but I'll load up LS and try it out, as well as check my code for what might be causing it ... so strange...

Could it be related to my Hearthstone being on CD? I was fiddling around with another toon and upon logging back, the dark gamma was gone - maybe HS CD was over, I didn't look at it, as I saw no connection until now (must have overread hawaiianghost's post).

Is your HS linked to just a button, or the sphere itself? Do you have any cooldowns set to be shown for the middle or right click, or icons to be shown other than the left click? Or, how about for the sphere itself? Any cooldowns set on that (I need to remove that anyway, it's obsolete)? Wanna try the HS again and see if it messed your screen up when you log in?

HS is set to a main button, left-click. Right-click opens a menu (crafting), everything else is default, which means icon, count, CD on left-click. On the sphere itself I have nothing, atm. No action, no count, no CD. I used hearthstone two times trying to replicate the issue (Alt-F4, then relogging ) to no effect. Maybe I'll try a hardreset next time I can use my HS. *shrugs* Regarding the other "bug" - I did both "Shredder Repair" in Grizzly Hills and both dragon riding quests in Coldarra and Dragonblight. Besides having no large vehicle button the first time I took over a shredder I had no issues, whether being shot out or leaving the default way. However, I noticed that the "leave vehicle" button lies below my LS-buttons, while the vehicle action buttons don't. As warlock, I use a submenu for pet actions (Ctrl 1 through 0), only having assigned those as left-click. When mounting vehicles those buttons update to vehicle action buttons. So, if the "default vehicle action buttons" show up, I can use both these (1 through 0) and my pet bar (Ctrl 1 through 0). ... idk whether the problem is related to those wintergrasp vehicles, but I'll try that. Maybe after breakfast. ;D I suppose I forgot to mention something ... being a bit tired after all now.

Moongaze, Sorry to Bug you. I get this one from calling up my poisons button menus. All poisons listed to Character lvl 73. Most are not in the inventory though. Also, I'm still getting "Instant poison VII" on my blades (Setup as apply to left-hand/right-hand) instead of "Instant Poison VI" Keep up the good work, and I love the Credit list. I get this one from calling up my poisons button menus. All poisons listed to Character lvl 73. Most are not in the inventory though. Are you using the Rogue template? Or, are you using the auto-assign button types such as "Apply best Instant Poison to main-hand" ? Or are you using the "Apply to main-hand weapon" button type and assigning the Instant Poison item yourself? I guess this goes with my first set of questions. Is this an auto-assign button type "Apply best..." or the normal "Apply to main-hand weapon" type? If it's the "apply to main-hand weapon" type, it will apply whatever item you assigned, so if you applied the VII poison but have none left, it will still try to assign the VII rank one. If you use the "Best" one, it should only apply the ones you have in stock. Unless this is a bug, which I am testing right now by buying some poisons and testing for count stats... Welcome!

The Poison menus are set to <left-click>"Apply to main-hand weapon" and <right-click>"Apply to off-hand weapon" Each poison is listed individually. Though I think I need to find the apply best on the 3 with ranks.

Well, inside the "Energy Drinks and Poisons" button type catagory, you'll find the auto-assign types for Instant Poison, Wound Poison, Deadly Poison, and Anesthetic Poison. Anesthetic Poison has two ranks, which is why it receives this treatment as well. Hope it helps out a little more for you

The item [Succulent Orca Stew] ID=39691 seems to be wigging out a "use weakest drink" button. I'm not sure how items get catagorized , but it is a food not a drink. I didn't see any database in the LS code...It must be miss-catagorized by Blizzard? www.wowdb.com/item.aspx?id=39691

Grrr, Blizzard. This item, along with Wyrm Delight, casts the item spell "Refreshment" which is typically reserved for food that works at both health and mana restoration. However, Blizzard decided to give this item a spell that is labeled with a wrong name, in regards to their naming convention. There is a chance that these two items used to have mana regeneration as well, but due to the "Critical Rating" buff, they probably removed it since it seems to be for melee classes? *shrug* Thanks for the info, I'll add it to a custom filter to make sure it isn't added to the drink list with the public release

Hey Moon, i know I bothered you about this before, but since we are about to go live, I wanted to bring it up once more.
Back in the old days I hated playing my Druid because everytime I wanted to shift from an animal form to another animal form, I had to shift to Elf first. During one of the patches, Blizzard made it so that when you shift from animal to animal it is seamless, with no double clicking, and no Elf first.
My wife and I both play Druids, and we both have the same thing happening. When we are fighting a mob/NPC/Player, if we attempt to shift, say from Cat to Bear, or Cat to Cheetah to get away, it takes us out of animal form into Elf form, then we have to click the form we wanted again after the global cooldown in order to get it.
For me, it is a huge problem because my Cat form has about 5k armor, and my bear has about 18k, so when I attempt to shift, and it takes me to Elf first, I am getting the snot beat out of me while I keep clicking Bear to shift in again.
I will attempt to do some more specialized testing this weekend and see whether or not it only happens while being struck in combat, or if it a LS problem only, or another addon that is the culprit, and I will report back to you my findings.
Thanks.

I have no clue what's causing that since I don't see it on my Druid. Albeit my druid is only level 28 or so ... but that shouldn't have any issues. I can't imagine another addon being the culprit, but the easiest way to find out is to use the "Disable all addons" button in the Debug tab, reload the UI, then test the shapeshifts.
If the problem persists, it might be the spell assignment on your button? Try re-assigning the shapeshifting spells again and see if it helps. If not ... I honestly have no idea since I can't even replicate it on my end. The way the button works is pretty much "/cast Bear Form" ... it doesn't do anything fancy and should work the exact same as if you were casting the spell normally.
Also, the shifting that you are doing is with the spell itself, and not a macro, correct?
Also, my tests are with the Druid template, which shouldn't really matter, but I thought I would mention it ... *shrug*

Hi, Thanks for the addon. Just found it and it's very good . The only problem I currently have with it is that it seems to disable my old bar from stancing. I have a Druid and when I turn to Cat or Bear, it keeps the standard button bar in caster stance (instead of turning to my configured bars). I have no wish to undo all the work I've put into keybinding and macroing the commands there (so that I could use just LS), so I need those stance changes. Have I configured something incorrectly? (I don't remember clicking anything like that) Thanks for any response! Yours, Emmerald

Well, depends on the version of LunarSphere you're running. This is the old beta forums, and I'm assuming you're not running the Stage 8 beta version (which is version 0.812 or 0.813). If you are using the Public Release version 1.0 of LS, then I suppose your issue is more current When you say "Disable your old bar from stancing" ... do you mean you original Blizzard action bar at the bottom of your screen? Did you hide any of the default UI object in the LunarSphere Settings window, in the "Other" tab? I know that if you disable the bottom bar artwork, the stance bar's artwork goes as well and if you stance change and don't have anything assigned to the stance, it looks like it disappears. Or are you using a menu button with stance support within LunarSphere and it's not changing?

Well, depends on the version of LunarSphere you're running. This is the old beta forums, and I'm assuming you're not running the Stage 8 beta version (which is version 0.812 or 0.813). If you are using the Public Release version 1.0 of LS, then I suppose your issue is more current Just checked from the .toc file, it's 1.000. Looks I got the issue to a wrong thread... :/ Sorry. Yes. The only item that I hid was the stance bar, but unhiding it didn't change the behaviour. Also, nothing disappeared. I had the Blizzard bar right there all the time, it just didn't change from the caster icons and commands to Cat (or Bear) icons and commands. Nope, I thought to keep my old bars and use LunarSphere as additional icons and bars. I loaded the Druid default template and the stance-activated Feral bar was working just fine. So the only problem is that the Blizzard bar isn't changing. Ofc, I'm not a master of these, but it looked to me like the even (change shape) was consumed by LS and not passed on to the Blizzard bar. Or rather, the behaviour was as if it was like that. I don't know the code or in which order the addons would be receiving the events, or whether the whole issue has nothing to do with that. I logged out, disabled LS, and logged back, to find that the Blizzard bar was working as usual again. I probably should retry the LS addon and see if it replicates the issue... <testing> Interesting, it isn't happening anymore... Good thing, problem solved . We can now suggest anyone else experiencing the same to just reload the game (not sure if ReloadUI is sufficient). Thanks for your speedy reply and let's hope this was a one-time issue. I'll start using it and will write if there's anything odd with it. Yours Sincerely, Emmerald

oferi: This is an issue that appeared from the WOW 3.0.8 patch. Please download version 1.02 of LunarSphere from either my website ( www.lunaraddons.com), or from wowui.worldofwar.net, www.wowinterface.com, or www.curse.com. Version 1.02 addresses this issues =) @fugos: You might be suffering from the WOW 3.0.8 patch as well. Make sure you have version 1.02 of LunarSphere. Also, to make more buttons, you will need to create menu buttons. Details on how to do this are at www.lunaraddons.com in the User Manual section for LunarSphere. Basically, while in Edit Button mode, click one of the 10 main buttons. On the Button Settings window that appears, set you left, middle, or right click action to "Open Menu" (from the dropdown list) and click the save button. This will make it so your button functions as a menu button and will spawn 12 buttons to the side of said menu button. Also, to let you guys know, this forum is old and I won't be checking it much in a little while. This forum was for the beta testing of LunarSphere, and now that it's in public release, this forum is pretty much dead. I recommend checking out the forums at www.lunaraddons.com from now on, as I won't be checking this forum much
